  • There are two other categories of foods that can help: probiotics and foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Both have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, according to a study conducted at the University of Kentucky. It is recommended to eat foods that contain these beneficial elements and to avoid those that are genetically modified or that contain various additives.
